PRESCRIPTION TAKE BACK EVENT

The Prescription Take Back Event was created, in association with the Parents Who Care House, to provide Sikeston community members a safe and effective way of disposing of their old or unused prescription drugs. On March 19-21, 2010  Mission Missouri hosted Sikeston's FIRST ANNUAL Prescription Take Back Event.  We are proud to say it was a HUGE success. Mission Missouri, along with community and organization volunteers, collected over 30,068 prescription pills (getting the pills off of the streets and out of reach of Sikeston's teens).

We believe by limiting teens' access to prescription drugs, we can secure a brighter future for Sikeston's youth.

Mission Missouri would like to thank the many volunteers and organizations throughout the community that made the event possible.
