Children of Alcoholics and Addicts Support Group

This support group is for children ages five to fourteen who are living in families where drinking or drug use is or has been a problem.  The children in these families are usually the silent sufferers who do not appear to be affected.  Yet without help they are more likely than their peers to develop drinking or other drug problems themselves, or to marry those who do.  These children are also more likely to develop emotional and social adjustment problems in childhood and adulthood. 

The group meets every Wednesday at 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
at the House of Liberty 509 Ruth St. Sikeston, Mo.
