ACCESS TO RECOVERY
Mission Missouri is credentialed by Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, to provide Recovery Support Services through the federally funded Access to Recovery Program. In 2006, Mission Missouri was recognized as a Pilot Program under Access to Recovery (ATR) which allows us to create vouchers for other service providers. Mission Missouri's ATR Recovery Support Services include Care Coordination, Transportation, Recovery Support (Individual and Group), Pastor Counseling, Spiritual Life Skills, Work Preparation, Family Engagement, and Drop In Center. Recovery Support Services are presented through workshops, classes, trainings, conferences, one-on-one sessions, and other educational settings (see monthly calendar). These settings include topics such as anger management, financial management, personal organizational skills, Inductive Bible teaching, recovery principles, co-dependency, job readiness, life goals and plans, and more. The combination of trainings and classes is structured to provide each person with all the tools they would need to be successful and productive citizens.
