ACCESS TO RECOVERY
Mission Missouri is credentialed by the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, to provide Recovery Support Services through the federally funded Access to Recovery Program. Mission Missouri also serves as one of the few Access Sites through ATR that are credentialed by ADA to assist other faith based providers with intake and voucher support as well as oversight for quality of care in the faith-based recovery support arena. MM Recovery Support Services such as Care Coordination, Transportation, Spiritual Life Skills, Housing, Drop In Center, Recovery Mentoring, and Pastoral Counseling, are part of our Recovery Support Services, serving both out patient clients as well as those in the transitional house.
Pre-treatment housing access to treatment and supportive services following treatment are provided along with referrals for mental health, medical and dental services. Men completing treatment or needing a home plan after prison can stay at the House of Liberty Life Change Station as a Recovery Guest and learn how to re-engage with society as a productive citizen. The program includes family counseling, job readiness, mentoring, medical and dental referrals, emotional, spiritual and addiction counseling, recovery support groups, case management, education and training. Support groups are offered for parenting, recovery, dual diagnosis, and co-dependency. Mission Missouri is a member of the Missouri Recovery Network and Committed Caring Faith Communities.
